Dimensions –
Bottom: 5" x 9", and 13" high before felting.
Bottom: 4.5" x 8", 7" high after felting

Making Bobble: With doubled Fjord: knit back and forth into same st 4 times, turn P4, turn K4, turn p4, turn k2tog, knit 2, psso 2 k sts. 

Instructions
Knit the bottom of the bag –
Hold Taos doubled. Using circular needle knitting back and forth in garter st (all k sts), not in the round. Cast on 24 stitches and work 22 rows of garter stitch.
Pick up stitches for the body of the bag –
Cont around the short edge of the bottom, pick up 10 sts on the short edge, 24 sts on the long side, 10 sts and 24 sts. [68 sts].
Beg knitting in the round in St st, and knit approx 2" with Taos doubled, change to 1 end Fjord + 1 end Taos, k for approx 4-5". change to double Taos - k 3 rounds. Change back to 1 Taos + 1 Fjord - k 4 rounds. Change to doubled Fjord - k 2 rounds, work 4 st Bobble approx. every 10 sts spacing 6 bobbles around bag. k 2-3 more rounds with Fjord. Change to doubled Taos and Fjord and knit until you run out of yarn. Bind off.
Note: the sequence of colors does not matter - you can see from the photo that the band of bobbles is all Fjord color, but the rest is fairly random. You want to use up all the yarn doubled, change pairing of yarn as needed for last part of bag to use all yarn.

Felting –
Both Fjord and Taos are "fast felting" so be careful not to felt too long (although you'll just have a smaller bag as a result). Mine was felted in washing machine for about 10-12 minutes with a couple towels and 2 old tennis shoes.
