Merino Frappe makes a very
soft and cozy feeling scarf.

Merino Frappe Brick Stitch Scarf
Materials:
1-50 gr. ball of
Merino Frappe (here #143- raspberry)
Size 10 - 9"
CPY Bamboo needles
The scarf is knit in brick stitch, formed by blocks of
alternating knit and purl stitches.
Knitting Instructions:
With size 10 needles cast on 20 sts.
Begin brick st:
Row 1: k4, p4, k4, p4, k4
Row 2: p4, k4, p4, k4, p4
Repeat rows 1 & 2 twice more for rows 3-6.
Now, reverse the pattern for the next 6 rows:
Row 7: p4, k4, p4, k4, p4
Row 8: k4, p4, k4, p4, k4
Repeat rows 7 & 8 twice more for rows 9 - 12.
Repeat these 12 rows until you finish the ball of yarn.
Cast off in the pattern st.
One ball of Merino Frappe (140 yards) will make a scarf
approx. 4.75" wide x 4 ft long. Use a second ball to make a long scarf of
8 feet in length.
