Instructions:
(Note1: when joining the 2nd ball of yarn, just
overlap the yarn at one edge for a length to allow knitting of 3-5
stitches and continue knitting. Trim ends when scarf is complete.)
[ Note2: I knit this scarf while watching Netflix
movies
and I did not always count carefully the 8 rows of Seed Stitch, so
sometimes my scarf has 6 rows, sometimes 7 rows, sometimes 8 rows
between the 2 rows of garter stitch. It looks fine, so suit your own
knitting personality on how much you need to have exactly 8 rows. -

Seed Stitch: (on odd number of sts)
Row 1: K1, P1 to end of rowing ending K1
Row 2: same as Row 1
(you are doing a K on a P and vice versa)
Cast on 19 sts.
Work 8 rows in Seed Stitch
Work 2 rows in garter stitch (that is, knit 2 rows)
Repeat this sequence until you run out of yarn.
Cast off loosely.
