Description: This flouncy neck accessory is sparkly and fun. It gives an ordinary outfit pizazz. This pattern uses just one ball each of TuTu Lamé and Merino 5, worked in circular garter stitch.
Level: Easy (knowledge of working with
ruffled yarns recommended)

Size: Adult Medium (22" inside circumference, ~6" high)
Materials:
Gauge: 3.75 sts = 1" with Merino 5 in garter st
Abbreviations: BO- bind off; CO- cast on; k- knit; p- purl; rnd- round; st(s)- stitch(es); tog- together
INSTRUCTIONS
Note: When working TuTu Lamé and Merino 5 together, hold TuTu Lamé
across front of work, keeping the cut end on right-hand side. Fold end of
TuTu Lamé so 1st and 2nd rectangular openings overlap. Insert left needle
into both openings knitwise, then through the Merino 5 st on the needle.
Finish knitting the st with Merino 5 only. Repeat, inserting needle in
next opening before knitting next stitch.
Note: When starting new ball of TuTu Lamé, overlap 1st and
2nd rectangular openings for 1st st to form nice edge, as mentioned above.
With Merino 5, CO 84 sts. Join and begin working in circular garter st as
follows:
K 1 Rnd.
P 1 Rnd.
Next Rnd: With TuTu Lamé held in front, knit TuTu Lamé and
Merino 5 tog.
P 1 Rnd.
*Next Rnd: With TuTu Lamé held in front, knit TuTu Lamé and
Merino 5 tog.
P 1 Rnd.
K 1 Rnd.
P 1 Rnd.
K 1 Rnd.
P 1 Rnd.
Repeat from * 4 more times, be sure to end with a P rnd.
Next Rnd: With TuTu Lamé held in front, knit TuTu Lamé and
Merino 5 tog.
P 1 Rnd.
Next Rnd: With TuTu Lamé held in front, knit TuTu Lamé and
Merino 5 tog.
