Sizes: S (M, L, XL)
Finished chest: 35-3/4 (39-3/4, 43-3/4, 47-3/4)”

Materials:
Crystal Palace Kaya 100% wool: 5 (6, 6, 7) 50 gr. Balls
Needles:
Crystal Palace Bamboo or Daisy Needles US size 10 1/2 (6.5mm) 16” and 26” circular needle and US size 11 (8mm) 26” circular needles
Notions:
2 Stitch holders
4 Stitch markers

Gauge:
12 sts and 18 rows = 4” in Stockinette Stitch using size 11 needle
Be sure to work a gauge swatch.

Abbreviations: BO-bind off; CO-cast on; K-knit; K1tbl-knit through back loo; pm-place marker; P-purl; rep-repeat; RS-right side; rnd(s)-round(s); Sl1-slip 1 stitch purlwise; st(s)-stitch (es); WS-wrong side; YO-yarn over.
Note: Worked in one piece from the neck down. When joining new ball of yarn, join at least 3 sts in from front edges.

Neck
Using Size 10 1/2 needle, CO 63 (73, 83, 93) sts. Work rib as follows:
Row 1, 3, and 5: Sl1, K1, *P1, K1; rep from * to last st, K1tbl.
Row 2 and 4 (RS): Sl1, P1, *K1, P1; rep from * to last st, K1tbl.
Change to size 11 needle.
Row 6, 8, and 10 (RS): Sl1, P1, *K1, P1; rep from * to last st, K1tbl.
Row 7, 9, and 11: Sl1, K1, *P1, K1; rep from * to last st, K1tbl.

Begin Raglan Shaping
Set Up Row (WS): Sl1, K2 [left front band], P8 (10, 12, 14) [left front] pm, P1, pm P9 (11, 13, 15) [sleeve], pm, P1, pm, P19 (21, 23, 25) [back], pm, P1, pm, P9 (11, 13, 15) [sleeve], pm, P1, pm, P8 (10, 12, 14) [right front], K2, K1tbl [right front band].
Note: Slip markers as you come to them.
Row 1 (Increase row) (RS): Sl1, K2, *knit to marker, YO, slip marker, K1, slip marker YO rep from * three times, knit to last st, K1tbl.
Row 2: Sl1, K2, purl to last 3 sts, K2, K1tbl.
Rep rows 1 and 2, 11 (12, 13, 14) more times. ― 159 (177, 195, 213) sts. End after working row 2.

Divide for Sleeves
Sl1, K2, knit to marker, remove marker, K1 remove marker, place next 33 (37, 41, 45) sts on holder for sleeve; remove markers as you come to them; cast on to the right tip of the needle 7 (8, 9, 10) sts for armhole; join to back sts, knit across back sts to the next marker, remove marker, K1, remove marker, place next 33 (37, 41, 45) sts on holder for sleeve; remove markers as you come to them; cast on to the right tip of the needle 7 (8, 9, 10) sts for armhole; join to right front sts, knit to last st, end K1tbl. ― 107 (119, 131, 143) sts.
Note: All markers have been removed.

Body
Continuing to keep first and last 3 sts as established for front bands, work remainder of sts in Stockinette stitch for 3 1/2” from armhole, end after working WS row. Work lower band as follows:
Lower Band
Using size 10 1/2, 26” needle.
Row 1 (RS): Sl1, K1 *P1, K1; rep from * to last st, K1tbl.
Row 2: Sl1, P1 *K1, P1; rep from * to last st, K1tbl.
Rep these 2 rows for a total of 6 rows. BO in rib.
Sleeve Band
RS facing, using size 10 1/2, 16” needle, place 33 (37, 41, 45) sts from holder onto needle. Join yarn pick up 11 (11, 13, 13) sts from cast on at armhole. ― 44 (48, 54, 58) sts. Join into round, work in K1, P1 rib for a total of 6 rnds. BO in rib. Work 2nd sleeve band.

Finishing
Work in ends, block.
